SMS messaging terms
These SMS terms apply to text messages sent by Longstep Property Solutions LLC ("LPS," "we," "us," or "our").
By providing your mobile number to LPS, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your account, your residence, or your interest in our properties. Consent is not a condition of leasing or any service.
We use SMS to verify accounts, coordinate maintenance and repairs, send property and leasing updates, schedule and confirm property showings, send rent and payment reminders, and notify you of important account or property changes. These are service-related messages tied to your account or interest in our properties.
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did before, and we will resume sending messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
