How do I pay rent?
Log into the resident portal to pay online, set up recurring autopay, and view your balance and payment history. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Use the resident portal to submit non-emergency requests, and add photos when you can. Our in-house maintenance team handles the work directly, so there is no third-party runaround.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that threatens safety or could cause serious damage: an active water leak, no heat in freezing weather, a gas smell, or a total power loss. Call (901) 244-2911 right away. For gas or fire, call 911 first.
How do I apply for a home?
Browse available rentals and apply online. We review applications consistently against the same standard for everyone, and we move quickly so a home you want does not slip away.
I locked myself out. What now?
During office hours, call (901) 244-2911 and we will help. After hours, a locksmith is the fastest path, and we can advise on next steps through the portal.
